In addition, the double-layer sealing of the 12 series complies with ANSI/ISA12.27.01, and the double-layer sealing ensures the absolute isolation of flammable or combustible liquids from the electrical and the outside world. It can be installed and used in areas with limited space. All the metal  parts of the wetted parts are 316 stainless steel and conform to NACE MR-0175, and  the protection level of 4X ensures its long-term  performance in harsh environments.  Technology  Inside the Series 12 is a Belleville spring assembly. This spring is a small conical washer through which it  transmits pressure to the 1 or 5 amp hermetic microswitch. Its 'snap action' provides quick,  clear contact delivery. The Belleville springs snap to actuate when pressure is applied and return when depressurized.  Advantages:  ● Setpoint Stability: This switch is suitable for use in challenging environments, such as those subject to vibration and temperature changes  .
