UE mechanical temperature switches are further divided into two categories: local in-line mechanical temperature switches and remote capillary mechanical temperature switches. Mechanical temperature switches are divided into brass and stainless steel according to different temperature measuring elements. Technical advantages of UE mechanical temperature switches: Mechanical temperature switches have the high reliability of mechanical switches. And the output of high-capacity switching signal is also convenient for users to directly control some simple actuators. The local in-line mechanical temperature switch is easy to install and easy to fix the meter head. However, because it is relatively close to the electronic micro switch, the temperature resistance is not as high as that of the remote capillary mechanical temperature switch. In some working conditions where there is no local installation position, the remote capillary mechanical temperature switch can separate the meter head from the local temperature package, and the insertion depth is more flexible. The standard capillary length of the mechanical temperature switch is 1.8m, which can be extended up to 15m according to different requirements of customers.  Features of UE100 series mechanical temperature switch:  There is an SPDT output; it is a durable temperature switch; the mechanical temperature switch has a wide range of pressure sensing components compatible with the medium; the epoxy resin shell is designed to meet the requirements of NEMA 4 X/IP 65; The temperature switch has heat tracking and low temperature protection temperature modes, and has an adjustable dead zone switch specially designed for pumps.  Temperature: -180 to 650°F(-115 to 340°C)
